SkyWin One - User roles description

Overview

SkyWin® One uses roles which can be assigned to users, and they determine what a logged in person can perform and/or see.
A user can have multiple roles and by that you can build combinations of the permissions.

Role Description
not logged in
  • Status page (with limited content)
  • SkyView
  • Jump Queue
ADMIN
  • Can do everything except handling money transactions
PERMISSION
  • Create/update users
  • Connect user to roles
  • Change password for users without a need to enter the old password
MANIFEST
  • All permissions needed to operate SkyWin on a daily basis
TANDEM
  • All permissions needed to work with tandem passengers
USER
  • Administer Members
  • Administer Clubs
  • Administer Groups
  • Administer Aircrafts
  • All settings
FINANCE
  • Administer monetary transactions
API
  • To be used for calling the API - almost all functions
  • Must be combined with FINANCE for using the API to handle monetary transactions:
    1. /api/v1/trans
    2. /api/v1/passengers/{id}/payment
    3. /api/v1/checkin - if using the attribute amount
API_MBC
  • To be used for calling the API from Mass and Balance Calculation apps (external)
  • Allows for these endpoints to be used:
    1. /api/v1/loads/{id}
    2. /api/v1/loadmassbalance
DATA_OFFICER
  • Administer Members
  • Administer Clubs
  • Settings for GDPR cleanup, and perform the cleanup manually for Members
